The Practice

Four times a year, Kim Crayton hosts a free live event where the work gets practiced in real time with real people.

The threshold to enter is low by design. The work inside is real.

Each session is structured, facilitated, and built around the kind of decisions white folx actually face. Not theory. Not a lecture. A live experience where you practice doing the work alongside others who are doing the same.

Approximately two hours. Free to attend. No prior experience required.
