Pricing Transparency

This page exists because you deserve to know what you are paying for, what this work actually costs, and why the numbers are what they are.

Pricing transparency is not an apology. It is a practice of the work.

What this work actually costs

This ecosystem is built and maintained by one person. Kim Crayton is a writer, theorist, strategist, and facilitator with 30 years of experience, including two decades of youth development work, years of organizational advising in the tech sector, and the ongoing, unquantifiable labor of developing a consistent, demonstrated antiracist practice in real time.

The work is not just the sessions, the issues, or the events. It is the holding of space. The absorbing of harm. The sustained attention required to guide white folx through discomfort without losing the thread of what the work is for. That labor has a cost that does not show up on a timesheet. It shows up in every number on this page.

2026 Season pricing

The 2026 Season is the first public season of the Life Beyond the Supremacy Myth ecosystem. It is primarily a season of introduction and data collection, building the audience, testing the offerings, and gathering the evidence that informs what comes next.

All paid offerings use a three-tier structure:

Privileged / Set / Reduced

Privileged: for those whose financial position, shaped by the systems, institutions, and policies of the myth, affords them more. This is not a donation. It is a direct acknowledgment of privilege made concrete at checkout. The gap between Privileged and Set funds the gap between Set and Reduced. The model is self-sustaining when participation is distributed across all three tiers.

Set: the 2026 season price. Not a discount. Not an arbitrary number. A deliberate decision rooted in one of the hardest lessons this work keeps surfacing: the myth has conditioned people to approach transformative work the same way they shop for commodities. Price by market force. Value by convenience. That logic protects consumers. It does not build communities.

This is the difference between a consumer and a customer. A consumer needs a good price and a convenient experience. A customer needs a why. This work cannot build communities rooted in welcoming and psychological safety from a consumer orientation, because that orientation has no mechanism for staying when discomfort arrives. And this work will ask you to stay through discomfort. How you choose here is practice for everything that follows.

The 2026 season is the first public season of this ecosystem. A season of introduction and data collection: building the audience, testing the offerings, and gathering the evidence that shapes what comes next. The pricing reflects where this ecosystem actually is in its development. As the community grows, the offerings deepen, and the evidence builds, the pricing will move to reflect that.

Prices will increase in future seasons. That is not a threat. It is transparency. You are being told now so you can decide with full information whether you want to be part of what is being built here, not just consume it while it is at its earliest stage.

Reduced: for those for whom the Set price creates a genuine barrier. Choosing this tier is a private decision. No disclosure required. No application. One question worth sitting with before you click: am I choosing this because it is true for me right now, or because it is available?

Why this page exists

Pricing has historically been one of the places where the myth does its quietest work, making the cost of things feel arbitrary, making people feel they have to perform need or perform generosity, making the labor of marginalized people invisible while the labor of those who benefit from the myth gets overvalued.

This page is a refusal of all of that.

The numbers here are not random. They are not discounted to make you comfortable or inflated to signal status. They are honest about what the work costs, about where this season sits in the longer arc of the ecosystem, and about what is being asked of you at checkout.

The work starts here. In how honestly you choose.
